Tunday kebabi is best located at Old Nazirabad(Aminabad), Best for Kebabs but the price of kebabs bit high (mutton galawat kebab @₹160/4 small-pieces, ₹80/4-small pieces of Beef kebab), I think price of Kebabs a little high n Portion of kebabs very small. But the price of Ulte tawa paratha, naan, Tandoori roti, roomali roti is Quite good👌, Quarter Chicken masala is Also Must try, and Biryani is the Speciality in Rice.. Overall Good Price for Other gravy Items n biryani too (₹150/hf Chicken biryani, ₹180/hf mutton biryani), service is quite good having a crowded ones, Tunday Nazirabad, Dubagga, Akbari gate & now at Hussainabad wala cheap&best hain. Baaki other Outlets(Lulu mall, Aliganj&Alambagh)Costly hai aur Service Waahiyat hain.

This spot is known for its rich inheritance crossing over the years. Eminent personalities have visited here.Food is most certainly worth the money and stands consistent with its publicity.yet, what is needed here is :Cleanliness - they genuinely need to make a move on this.Staff - they truly do have a lot of staff yet they aren't respectful and what's normal among them is that they all continue to ask each other to accomplish the work. And yet, I felt they were exhausted and it became debilitating for them.Ambiance - nothing like the ambiance here. It's all rushed, as a result of the no of individuals coming in and going out. There's a consistent line to get a table and nothing, for example, a token framework or reservation exists. This is for sure a spot worth visiting. Simply remember to go just for eating and partaking in the food disregarding the wide range of various viewpoints.

After reaching the Nawabi city, this was my first foodie adventure. I visited this place specifically for their Galawati Tunday Kebab. However, let me tell you, it was the worst taste I've ever experienced. I'm typically not fond of these mashed-like kebabs, but I thought trying them here would be different. Unfortunately, it was the worst ever. Sometimes, having high expectations can be quite disappointing.Instead, I would recommend the Wahid Biryani restaurant located just beside this Tunday Kebab.

It's here in Lucknow in Hazratganj near gomti nagar.Tunday Ke Kabab, also known as Galouti kebab, is a dish made out of minced meat which has almost become synonymous with the city of Lucknow, India. It is a part of Awadhi cuisine. It is said to incorporate 160 different spices.

Lucknow’s Finest. If you go Lucknow, you have to visit this place. Food is amazing, atmosphere is good too. There is that famous Kebab. The only thing is the service and the way around to get a table. It’s a bit chaotic, may be it’s just me or that’s how it works for them. But a bit more organised like the way do it in places like Mumbai and it will be even better.

The food for its price is great. It's a 'eat fast and leave sort of place'. The kebabs and mutton korma are excellent while the mughlai paratha, chicken biryani and awadhi kheer are good. If you are in a small group (3 or less) expect to share the table with strangers. The service is quick for its rush (on our visit all tables were full)

Tunday kababi is one of those legendary Indian restaurant that predates independence. It was established in 1905.We visited on a Tuesday night and the whole restaurant was packed. The ambience is not very great which is not surprising given how old the restaurant is.We tried the mutton and the buffalo galouti kebabs. Both went great with either a paratha or a rumali roti. The mutton korma was also good with the roti, very very rich. The mutton biryani was a bit of a let down as it was quite oily and bland. We also tried the chicken seekh kebab, which was disappointing as it was very dry.All in all, I’d say this place is a paradise for meat lovers. The first bite of the galouti kebab was one of the best food bites I’ve had. Definitely worth putting on your checklist for Lukcnow.

One of the Top 5 Delicacy Destinations of Lucknow is a must visit food joint in the city. Its version of the gawlati kabab is just amazing!! The softness and balanced flavours are of legendary fame. The wait period is understandably long as the place is ALWAYS teeming. The service though is extremely efficient. Just put it in your bucket list and get raring to tick it off!

Didn't meet the expectationsChicken Biryani flavours and aroma was missing, rice was a little bit dry and bland, but chicken was juicy and soft. The best part that I loved was the mutton gaulati kebab as well as the veg kebab. They are best with onion lemon and rumali roti. Do try this combination.Kheer was good with balanced sweetness.Apart from all this raita was the show stopper- very different from other raitas , full of flavours. They have sufficient sitting space although very crowded most of the time but service is quick and good.

This is my 6 th visit to Tunday kababi. For the first timers it would taste great, but for those who had tasted earlier they know that amazing zing and taste is missing now a days. Quality is great, quality has shrunked taste isn't the same as hyped these days. I wish Tunday kebabi brings back the old times and revamp the taste once again. But any ways if you are in Lucknow and not visiting the legendary place it's a crime!!!

Aminabad Tunday Kababi is a renowned spot in Lucknow for its exceptional taste. The kababs here are simply outstanding juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The taste truly deserves a 5-star rating. However, the service is a bit of a mixed bag. While generally efficient, it can occasionally be inconsistent and may lack the warmth you’d expect from a place with such a stellar reputation. Despite this, the incredible taste of the food makes it well worth the visit. Highly recommended for those who prioritize flavor over service!

One of the most famous places in Lucknow, and too worth the hype. The food was amazing. Tried the iconic mutton and beef Galawati Kebab, and those were heavenly. It was a perfect melt in mouth experience. Also tried their Mutton Biryani, and that was also very tasty, light, fragrant and full of flavors. The ambiance was okayish as the place is very old.

The old shop at aminabad which cooks in real coal tandoorTunday kabab is renowned worldwide and especially Lucknow they have another branch at hazarathgang, gomati nagarAlso known as galouti kebab a gem of awadhi cuisineIts not like regular kebabs as its soft and melts like butter in mouth and on touchAlways a busy place where we have to share seat between strangersBut a place never to be missedOther than kebabs they have biryani, mutton korma, paratha and kheerI ordered tunday mutton kebab galawati(4pieces) and tunday black Buffalo kebab(4pieces) and sheermal is a flatbread made up of maida which is again there famous dishRumali rotiI loved it infactBut 5 star rating not for the place as privacy and dining is very crudeTunday means the owner was single handed as he lost his one handAnother story of soft kebab opposite to normal hard kebab is the nawab had no teeth to chew, so to help him eat they made soft minced kebab

TundaykababFirst I ordered 1 plate of Galouti Kebabs consisting of 4 pieces, also known popularly as Tunday ke Kebab. The kebabs were delicious and melts in the mouth effortlessly releasing all the flavours. A second plate followed and it tasted good too, had to resist on not going for a third plate. Highly recommended, you can visit any of there branches in Lucknow.Enjoyed the typical taste of kababs which are soft enough for even a person with no teeth to relish. Ambiance is good to enjoy in their restaurant for families, foreigners, singles or takeaway to enjoy eating home..

Had an incredible Sunday afternoon lunch at Tunday Kababi in Lucknow. The place was bustling but for good reason—the food was absolutely worth it. We tried a spread of their specialties, including mutton biryani, chicken malai tikka, shahi tura, and phirni, but the star of the meal was hands down the mutton Galouti kebab. It was melt-in-the-mouth perfect, flavorful, and rich, capturing the true essence of Lucknow’s legendary kebabs. The mutton biryani was aromatic and well-spiced, while the chicken malai tikka was juicy and tender with just the right balance of creaminess. The shahi tura was a pleasant surprise, beautifully rich and filling, and the phirni provided a sweet, refreshing end to the meal. The ambiance felt vibrant and full of history, which only added to the experience. If you’re in Lucknow and want to taste the city’s iconic flavors, Tunday Kababi is a must-visit.

Tunday Kabab or Mutton Galawati Kabab are definitely the best here. A must try if you are a non-veg lover. We ate their kabab, mughlai paratha and chicken biryani. Everything tasted really good. Aminabad location is difficult to reach and very crowded. Do not take your own car there. They have branch in LuLu mall too however we tried the original Aminabad outlet. Must try for a great taste.

My visit to Tunday Kababi was an unforgettable culinary experience! Renowned for its kebabs, this place truly lives up to its reputation. The moment I stepped in, the inviting aroma of spices and grilled meat filled the air, making my mouth water in anticipation. The kebabs were incredibly tender and packed with flavor.
